about Adrian Smith
Adrian has been working in the lettings industry since 2007, having worked in mortgage, insurance and estate agency business since 1984. He managed a team looking after 840 properties with Roberts until the business was sold to a large corporate. He feels that when dealing with a landlords, greatest assets in properties, that the attention provided needs to be fair and good value, with a high level of service. The key is to understand properties, to ensure landlords are treated fairly and the job gets done. In Paul Fosh Lettings, we ensure we have a team of tried and tested contractors who do what they say and also for the landlord, the right tenant is set up to ensure they look after your property. Referencing, regular checks and safety in properties, is key to long staying happy customers.

about Val Blong
Val has worked in lettings for nearly 5 years. She is responsible for all the administrative side of the tenancies although most of her time is taken up with keeping Adrian and John in check. She loves nothing more than moving people into their new homes! Away from the office Val enjoys baking and socialising with friends and family.

about Rhys Downes
Rhys is the newest member of our lettings team and brings with him a wealth of experience. A degree in Primary education, with past roles in a B2B events company and playing rugby for the Cardiff Blues, Rhys is at his best when working with people. All this done alongside becoming a Registered Agent with Rent Smart Wales to help manage his own properties in Newport and Pontypridd. Outside of work Rhys likes nothing better than spending time with his family; wife Rosie, son Fredi and their Sprocker Spaniel, Ralph. He does occasionally escape to his shed to watch a bit of sport, play a few games of darts and enjoy a few bottles of beer.
